Artificial intelligence policy

The opti-vue Network (hereinafter the “Company”) offers a wide range of products and services relating in particular to optics and hearing.

In a context marked by the rapid growth of digital technologies and the emergence of artificial intelligence (hereinafter “AI”) tools, the Company considers it essential to establish a clear framework for their ethical, secure and compliant use.

AI may be used in connection with the Company’s Products & Services, in particular to:

• assist with research and the analysis of information;
• produce initial drafts of documents, notes or training materials;
• facilitate certain administrative, technical or support tasks;
• improve the quality and speed of our services.

In any event:

• any strategic decision or deliverable provided to a client is subject to human review and approval;
• the use of AI is limited to authorised and secure contexts;
• no sensitive or confidential data is entered into unapproved tools or those accessible to the

The Company applies the following principles in its use of AI:

• Transparency: to disclose the use of AI tools where this influences a deliverable or service.
• Security & confidentiality: protecting processed data and preventing any unauthorised disclosure.
• Ethics & non-discrimination: preventing bias, respecting fundamental rights and prohibiting any misuse.
• Human oversight: retaining ultimate responsibility for important choices and

Where external tools are used, they are only used if they comply with applicable legal obligations, in particular the GDPR and the AI Act.

The Company:

• maintains an internal register of AI usage;
• carries out regular checks on the tools used;
• trains its staff on risks and best practices;
• appoints an internal officer responsible for compliance with applicable
